Inclusivity as a Corporate Culture

One of the ways to reinforce inclusivity is with stories that employees can relate to. I’d love to share my recently published Coming Out story, Glowing Up Gay, and inspire the team to become the best version of themselves.

For me, I was stuck in a loveless marriage and could not see a happy and prosperous future. I was 44 years old when I finally turned my life around and came out of the closet. Remember it’s never too late to be authentically happy! When I started to believe that I had it in me, things turned around personally and professionally.

Many Ways to Meet Your Social Club

Birds of a feather flock together. This is how social clubs start. Let me talk to your book club or LGBTQ+ organization. I offer a message of overcoming personal denial and finally accepting my “true self”.

I would be happy to be your in-person motivational speaker. I can also give remote presentations to popular video conference platforms like Teams, Zoom, and Google Meetings.

The Corporate Angle

I have a unique perspective on coming out in a corporate environment and would love to connect with Human Resources and participate in Diversity Equity and Inclusion seminars. My talks are for everyone and offer hope and inspiration for making life the best it can be.

PRIDE Speaker

PRIDE Month is June of every year, and National Coming Out Day is October 11th. These are rainbow ribbon days on the calendars of the LGBTQ+ community. There are no better times to come together in celebration of living free.

Like many before me, I am compelled to share my coming out story as a late bloomer in hope that it will help others find their way to their happy, authentic selves.
