Meet Peter Leahy

A self-proclaimed “ideas guy,” I’ve worked in marketing for over twenty-five years… and I had a secret. After years of sadness, emptiness, and self-loathing, I finally came out of the closet in 2013. The process was transformative and sometimes painful, but it allowed me to reinvent myself.

Now. I have been happily married to my husband for over three years, we live in California with our Chihuahua Felicia, the queen of our household. This is my story of finally living my true self.

You are not alone!

When I think about the decades that I punished myself and hid my true identity, the word ‘ALONE’ is tattooed on my brain. That was the emotion that enveloped me. I had no one that I felt I could trust with my secret, no outlet to validate my feelings. Reflecting on WHY I wrote my book and WHO I wanted to target and WHAT I wanted them to feel, the most important gift that I hope I can impart is a sense of belonging. Support is out there and I hope I can help you achieve your ultimate goal.
