What are your core beliefs?

In the corporate world, core beliefs are philosophies that drive a company’s mission or purpose. They define how to interact with clients and let the world know what is important to the business – the raison d’être.  There aren’t rules saying we cannot adopt pillars for our own lives too!

If you had to narrow your core beliefs to only four, could you? As I have evolved during my journey to authentic happiness and embraced my new life, below are my core beliefs.

In sharing my story, I strive to inspire others to identify and live by their beliefs and GLOW UP with passion and purpose.

At the risk of sounding like a cheerleader… give me a “G”, give me an “L”, give me an “O” and give me a “W”! What do you get? GLOW! It’s not just a catchy phrase… it’s a philosophy that I live by daily.

G

Growth & Gratitude

Expanding on the good to be even better. Recognize your blessings.

Loving & Learning

Redefining who are you externally and choosing who your circle and family will be (some you love, some you learn not to allow to hurt you).

Owning It

Accepting and embracing yourself is obviously the first step. Being happy with who you are and celebrating that.

W

With Passion

Living your best ducking life. Yes I said ducking! 😊

Live Honestly & Be Trustworthy

I don’t pretend to be something that I’m not and have no interest in trying to impress people. I lived a flawed life and made myself miserable for decades; I was afraid all the time.  I’m never going back to that way of thinking, and I’ll do everything in my power to do the same for the ones I love.

It’s Okay to Act Goofy! Remember Having Fun is the Key to Happiness!

I laugh because I’m thriving with an exuberant authentic life since coming out of the closet. Previously I struggled for decades to fit into the wrong alternative lifestyle.

Speak from the Heart

Breathe light and feel love. That’s what you see in the people that you love, and it’s also how you hear them. Similarly, it forms the words that you say from your heart.  And, most importantly to me, it drives the desire to make a connection with others.
